1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only if:

Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
Request is made within 48 hours of delivery
Product is unused and in original packaging unboxing video ( beginning to end)
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind
Used products
Minor color/size variations
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued via:
Original payment method OR
Bank transfer (for COD orders)
4. REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacement instead of refund in most cases (faster process).
